convenient self catering and great service

the self catering option was useful for my budget travel , and i could order deliveries from a local store. the hotel staff helped accommodate the deliveries , even when i was late. the kitchen was well equipped , but another frying pan would be an asset.
i noticed some details were missing in the room description about requesting a zip link to combine twin beds , and i needed to call to clarify this. this was sorted without a problem by the hotel team.
